CD, DVD and Blu Ray Duplication

For example, increasingly more hospitals, laboratories, and scientific departments are using CDs to distribute data. ImageStore now offer a low cost CD or DVD duplicating service to create professional looking and easily identifiable disc.

CDs and DVDs can be duplicated by two different methods. The most cost-effective method for you will depend on the number of discs you require. For larger volumes, generally in excess of 500 discs, creating a Glass Master is advisable. For smaller numbers it is better to burn the CDs or DVDs individually.

Short run CD-R Duplication and CD-R Printing

Low volumes of CDs and DVDs can be produced by burning cd-r's (Recordable CDs) and DVD /-Rs (Recordable DVDs). Duplications are made by burning the data onto the face of the disc using high volume duplication towers. With this method of duplication, it is more cost-effective to produce low volumes of CDs or DVDs. ImageStore's minimum duplication level is only 10 CDs or DVDs.

Large Volume CD-R Printing and CD-R Duplication

The mastering of large volumes of DVDs or CDs is achieved by ‘stamping' or ‘pressing'. This process incorporates the manufacture of a Glass Master and a metal stamper, from which your CDs or DVDs are replicated. The CDs or DVDs are then screen printed to your design or specification.

This method of duplication is suitable for large volumes of discs, normally with a minimum quantity of 500 - 1,000. ImageStore would be pleased to quote for your CD or DVD replication, please contact us for further information.
