Your Statutory Rights
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
If you are a consumer buying online, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving a reason. This right is separate from, and in addition to, the returns process described above. To cancel under this right, contact us within the 14-day period; you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
